Should have good command on Hindi or English with pleasing communication skill. Should be experienced as a tele caller and tele marketing personality.
Follow all leads of team which they generate by calling.
Assist and co-ordinate with sales team to close prospects.Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company.
Reaching out new customers and explaining them the benefits of products of Antique Mart.
Analyzing customers new requirements and providing them the solutions as per their needs.
Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.
Creating database of existing and new clients.
Understanding and managing personnel basis.
Managing good relations with customers.
