HR Remedy India recruiting for Sales Manager , Agency Manager, Business manger, Business Development Manager (BDM) for various Insurance companies for Gurgaon, Hissar, Jind, Karnal, Panchkula districts of Haryana state, India.

Presently we are trying to find Sales Supervisor, Firm Supervisor, Firm advancement Supervisor, Company manger, Company Advancement Supervisor in Different Programs for Hissar, Jind, Karnal, Panchkula cities in Haryana, India.

Prospect needs to execute following performance based activities-

  • Determine possible Insurance coverage Brokers Financial Advisors or Consultants in your area.
  • Make hiring and Employment procedures for Representatives and agents
  • Educating monetary specialists for IRDA test
  • Inspiring and motivating them to obtain business objectives.
  • Offer training and display advancement necessities of financial advisers in the group/teams.
  • Assessment efficiency of your very own group of agents/ Brokers and enhancing their efficiency accordingly.

Preferred candidates for the role :
Must be Minimum a Graduate in any stream.
Minimum of one year of work exposure in sales.
