Company: London Based Pharma MNC
Company Profile: Our client is a well reputed medium size generic pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution company with headquarters in London and sales and marketing operations in Latin America, Europe, South East Asia and the Middle East.
Work Timings: 10-6 pm (Mon to Friday)
Position Offered: Executive Assistant (EA) to MD
Job Location: Andheri E, Mumbai
No. of openings: 1
CTC: 5-7 L PA
Age limit: Female candidates Not more than 35 years old
Job Description
• Co-ordinate regular and irregular meetings throughout the year (staff meetings, and meetings with the MD)
• Collate and distribute papers prior to meetings
• Ensure that all materials for meetings are prepared in a timely manner
• Accurate dictation and minutes of meeting as required
• Responsible for the management of the diary for the MD
• Arrange meetings and keep diaries constantly up-to-date for the MD
• Arrange all aspects of travel for MD including flights, hotels, currency, visas, etc.
• Produce purchase orders, packing lists, invoices, and payment requests as and when required
• Implement and maintain an efficient filing system for the MD
• To be the first point of contact for any telephone enquiries for the MD and ensuring all messages are forwarded / actioned quickly and efficiently
• To be the first point of contact for visitors
• Work with other members of staff, providing support where necessary
• Manage emails from own email account
• Regularly review MD’s emails
• Deal with correspondence and emails quickly and efficiently where appropriate and to a high standard
• Maintain contacts for Managing Director
• Candidates wishing to travel will be preferred
