Near learn is an education based organization in Bangalore for providing both online and classroom training .The company provides a high quality training services and its sole purpose is to bridge the gap between high-quality trainings and their affordability. It has been designed for the requirement of having the stronghold in planning algorithms from the bottom. This has been favored as the best and robust platform for having different systems with 500 courses and 1000 professional trainers.
Nearlearn is looking for a female career counsellor who can
• Help students understand and overcome courses through individual and group counseling
• Provide individual and small group counseling based on student needs
• Work with students to develop skills, such as organization, time management, and effective study habits
• Help students set realistic career goals and develop a plan to achieve them
• Evaluate students’ abilities and interests through aptitude assessments, interviews, and individual planning
• Deliver classroom guidance on topics
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors
• Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials
• Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials
• Assist in the evaluation of training programs
• Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment
