Job Description for BDM/Assistant BDM

 

We are looking for a high-performing BDM to help us revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

 

BDM/BDE Job Responsibilities

  • The candidate has to create brand awareness in the market.
  • Should be go getter with high motivation and ownership.
  • Should be able to build rapport with senior people in company for recruitment, training and consulting business.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • The person should be capable to make and implement the business plan.
  • Should be able to achieve the different business objectives.
  • The person should have own vehicle.
  • Should be able to generate business leads and insure targets are met.
  • Should own vehicle.

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate MBA/PGDM

Experience:  02 to 10 Years

Location:       Ghaziabad

Salary:        4.5 fixed (1 lakh variable)
