Meaning of Construction Chemicals:

Chemicals added during construction to improve the quality of building. For eg. Concrete ad mixtures, waterproofing compounds, Exterior Coatings, Floor Hardeners,
Corrosion Protection, Epoxy adhesives.

We have Vacancy for Sr. Engineer/Assistant Manager – Projects, Bhubaneshwar (Technical Sales)

Job Description :

1) Responsibilities include Sales Planning, Sales Co-ordination, handling major corporate accounts, credit control and revenue generation
2) Should have handled construction chemicals at various stages of construction/ repairs/ maintenance
3) Should be able to handle geographical areas, institutional clients like Government and Semi Government Institutions, Corporate Clients, etc.
4) Provide technical expertise and advise to Clients
5) Should be able to work with waterproofing applicators and epoxy flooring applicators.
6) Supervise implementation of large projects as and when needed to ensure superior quality and customer satisfaction
7) Current experience in handling a team of minimum 3-5 engineers and being responsible for team revenue targets
8) Written communication with customers and preparation of technical proposals
9) Incorporating company products in private and government tenders and tracking projects until order realisation and supply
10) Must have experience with CRM software
11) Experience in industrial sales, project sales OR government projects
12) Excellent Excel and powerpoint skills
