Job Description:
5+ Years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM applications testing
– Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits, Severance, Safety, Comp, Absence & Recruiting, etc)
– Expertise in designing and executing functional tests
– Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 version will be an advantage.
– Knowledge of People Tools, SQR, Component Interfaces, XML Good understanding of the Functionality of HCM modules, process flow, key application (setup and transactional) tables and flow of data into the core HCM tables
– Previous experience in providing application support including system/batch monitoring and processing, handling user questions and queries, investigating and solving application issues will be an advantage.
– Effective communication skills; verbal, non-verbal and written; and ability to communicate on all levels of the organization
