(3)We’re looking for Tech Support (US & UK Inbound) individual to join our team

Job Description-
To resolve all the customer technical queries on the call.
Trouble shooting desktop support, MS windows, and internet level troubleshooting.
Trouble shooting windows recovery, restoring and installation.
Resolving printer and scanner problem and their installation on network.
Trouble shooting MS Office problems.
Taking the remote access of customer’s computer and resolve the problems.
Email Client like outlook express, outlook 2010, 2013 and windows live m ail.
Computer assembling and maintenance. As well as troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Trouble shooting of all types of hardware, printer and software queries, modem queries and internet related issues.
Installation and configuration of windows 7 and XP on desktops or laptops and installing different kinds of software.
Establishing stable connectivity between the clients LAN, as required.
Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidate.
Proactively and re actively fix any errors found as quickly as possible .
Experinece Required- 0.6 -4 Years
Salary: 15-35K +Both Side Cab Facility + One Time Meal

Job Summary
Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Should have the ability to provide solutions to technical problems, mainly printer troubleshooting, HP, Dell,etc
Answering phone calls, writing replies to emails and excelling in customer service
Must be willing to work in night shifts.
Need to up sell our product and also provide Technical Support.
