Real Estate sales and business development openings in Noida for fresher/experienced sales professionals.

Starboard Infratech Pvt. Ltd is recruiting for Senior sales executive for real estate and properties business industry for Noida (Utter Pradesh state) areas.

Main work skills needed– Sales, Business development, business marketing, lead generation.

Work place- Noida (Utter Pradesh, India)

Work experience requirement- 0- 1 years

Educational Minimum Qualifications- Graduate freshers or experienced under-graduates

Salary and incentives- 1.5 Lacs to 3.0 Lacs CTC PA

Role and Responsibilities for sales executive –

  • Getting leads of potential customers.
  • Converting Leads to sales from leads shared by firm.
  • Recommending customers on financial investment in Real estate property and giving them solutions for obtaining a home.
  • Mainly in charge of starting very first level contact with already existing and potential consumers.
  • Carry out call & e-mail projects around upgrades, brand-new item launch & lawful conformity campaigns.
  • Update on  Leads and Campaigns on a regular basis.
  • Prepare task and projection records as asked for.
  • Healthy understanding of the sales pattern and consultative marketing method.
  • Items introductions of brand-new launches.
  • A go-getter with an interest for company advancement & Sales.
  • Outstanding interaction and social abilities.
  • Encouraged by a specific and group accomplishments. Highly arranged with a potential to work in rapid paced atmosphere.
