Ladder Consultancy Services is recruiting for placement agents or recruiters for Bangalore

Experience of working on Non-IT clients like Healthcare & Financial services Clients are highly preferred

Incumbent(s) must have had a successful track record of achieving recruitment targets

Strong Knowledge in sourcing through various channels, innovative sourcing methodologies, account management, cold calling & prospecting is a must

Excellent verbal & written communication skills are a must.

Doing pro active recruitment, pipelining candidates and maintaining database

6 months to 3 years of experience in a recruiting agency strongly preferred

Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.

Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.

Willingness to Travel.
