Job Responsibilities for IOS Lead

Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform

Proficient with Objective-C and Swift

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Work with outside data sources and APIs

Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.

Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code.

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Lead and Mentor developers.

Required Skills and Experience

6+ year of proven software development experience and iOS applications development

Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries and Objective C

Desirable to have published two or more iOS apps in the app store.

Working experience in Unit Testing using xcode

Knowledge of UI/UX standards

Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries

Knack for benchmarking and optimization

Experience in Releasing Application in AppStore

Advanced knowledge of Objective-C, Cocoa Touch, OpenGL, iPhone/iPad Apple SDK

Experienced in publishing / releasing Apps

Experienced in Client server programming (RESTful APIs) to connect applications to backend services

Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

Proficient in using code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN

Strong CS fundamentals and a good working knowledge of algorithms and data structures

Expert in debugging, troubleshooting, memory optimization, performance and scalability of mobile app.

Perform performance optimization

Perform code-review and help the team in timely releases

Working knowledge with Continuous integration / Continuous Development

Working experience in application security

Desired Skills and Experience

Working experience in Google Firebase suite

Optimizations data usage over mobile network

Open source contributions

Expertise in React native app development

Understand business architecture & collaborate with peer developers

Created quick PoC’s for Business wins
