• Has fully operational command of the language with only occasional unsystematic, inaccuracies and inappropriacies.
• Handle complex detailed argumentation well.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Use of call center terms and vocabulary.
• Understand LAN, WAN, OS concept, MS Office.
• Customer satisfaction.
• Meeting required average handle time
• Quality scores.

Key Result area:-
• Handling incoming calls.
• Providing resolution to customer on Technical queries.
• Ensure that the required SLA’s are met
• Participate in coaching reviews and training assessments and personnel in conjunction with department managers.

*(6months of call center experience mandatory or should be flexible to work in shifts)

Experience and Salary
Fresher:- Company’s standard
1-2 years = Above 2.5L or reasonable hike from last drawn CTC
Plus 3 years = Above 3L or 30 percent hike from last salary CTC
Max Salary we can offer is upto 5.5L.
