We at XDBS have an urgent opening for Sr. Demand Generation Executive / Demand Generation Executive (Operations)
International Market.

 

POSITION: Sr. Demand Generation Executive / Demand Generation Executive (Operations)
International Market.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION for Demand/Lead Generation Executive:

EXPERIENCE: Candidates with experience in Contact discovery, Company profiling and Research OR
Candidates with 6+ months of experience or FRESHER in the International Market or EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS are ELIGIBLE .

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. Experience with Telemarketing & soft selling skills including the ability to engage in meaningful
conversations with prospective customers in the International market.
2. Ability to navigate to the Decision Maker.
3. Desirable proven track record of performance (e.g. lead generation representative of the year)
4. Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
5. Must have the ability to get past gatekeeper rejections
6. Must be able to effectively and confidently handle and overcome obstacles coming from difficult
respondents.
7. Must have the ability to establish rapport and credibility to convince company leaders to divulge
details on purchase plans/initiatives.
8. Willing to work in night shifts.
9. Must have excellent English communication skills, very good listening skills and comprehension.

Saturday Sunday fixed Off.

JOB LOCATION: Sector 62, Noida.

EXPERIENCE: Freshers, International BPO experienced candidates, candidates with experience in Contact discovery, Company profiling and Research OR Candidates with 6+ months of Demand Generation/ Lead Generation experience in UK/US would be preferred.
