• Candidate should have good presentation, customer service and convincing skills.
• Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent conversational and customer service skills.
• Responsible for dealing with International Clients / Customers.
• Candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls.
• Salary No bar for the right candidate.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Candidate with good customer service and convincing skills would be preferred.
• Candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.
• Prior experience in Customer Service/ industry will be an added advantage.
• Candidate should be open to work in all shifts.
• Responsible for dealing with International Clients / Customers.
• Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented.
