The company makes parts of Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Ford Motors, Hyundai Motors, Mahindra and Mahindra, JCB, Swaraj Mazda etc. and Kirloskar, Cummins Generator parts.

ITI pass or 1 year work experience 12th pass – 80
diploma (mechanical / production) – 30

Monthly stipend – ITI – Rs 10,350 / – (including over 16,000 overtime)
and Diploma – Rs 11,450 / – (approximately over 18,000 overtime),

On completion of the job training (OJT) of 12 to 36 months, after completing the examination, the following certificates will be
obtained by MIT Art, Design and Technology University, Pune. 1) MIT ADT University Certificate / Diploma / Advanced Diploma +
2) Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship NSQF Certification of Sector Skill Council of Approval +
3) AICTE Neem Certificate.

The university’s education will be completed in an educated classroom by an expert teacher and the Android mobile cloud learning.
