Full Job Description

Business Development Executive
Experience: 0-6 years
Location: NCR
Compensation: Attractive and based on candidate caliber and experience

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech / MBA / MSc

Responsibilities:

•Client Lead Generation
•Good in Pitching and Presentation to companies fo Proposals.
•Self Motivated and enthusiasm for work.
•Co-ordination with the client regarding Projects and requirement.
•Client Follow up for Work and Payments
•Interacting with Client on weekly basis.
•Good Knowledge about the Elance, Odesk and Guru Online marketplaces.
• Drive client feedback about the service.
• Smart to handle client escalations , pressure and team.
• Should have hunger and thirst to capture market .
•Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
•Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight with US/UK Clients

Skills Required :

•Excellent technical skills and a desire to learn
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Analytical and objective, with attention to detail
•Able to work independently as well as part of a team
