Quality analyst Job description

• Quality analyst is expected to monitor recorded calls, live calls and live barge-in.
• Audit calls in Hindi and English
• Areas the quality analysts study include call quality and product knowledge, as well as whether representatives stick to their standard scripts or not.
• To check if a customer is satisfied with the results of the interaction and if not satisfied find out the reason of dissatisfaction.
• Quality analyst works in a continuous process of evaluating calls and providing feedback to enhance the quality of the calls.
• Quality analyst needs to identify the calls failing to meet predefined standards and get the root cause analysis done to find the gaps.
• Quality analyst is expected to attend calibrations with operations team to improve call quality basis their findings.
• Quality analyst is expected to generate Alerts, Training need analysis, Voice of customers and periodic reports as defined in each process.
