We have a URGENT hiring for Technical Sales Executive/Technical support executive and Leadership Profiles for our International process.

WORLD COMPUTER SUPPORT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is a leading provider of tech support services to consumers and small businesses across a wide range of computing and communications devices and software. Will be selling Computer Technical Support and subscriptions to customers from UK, US and Canada over the phone.we are in this business since 7 years.

Providing technical support related to all the below product-

Computers-( Laptops & Desktops), Kindle, Roku, Operating System (Windows, iOS, Android), Browser, Email, Facebook, Anti-virus Software’s, Network Firewall, Router, Printer, Scanner, Computer Hardware, Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Lync, Microsoft Office Applications, Google Apps, Quick-books, Quicken, Microsoft money, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe flash player, Media player, etc.

Job Responsibilities for Candidates

Must be comfortable with inbound sales
Good communications skills
Fluent business English (spoken and written) language skills.
Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
Ability to develop effective working relationships with the costumer
Should have experience in providing the technical support to the international customers.
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure
Always ready to work in a team & independently
