Roles & Responsibility: –
• Plan and perform B2B sales activities with a focus on larger businesses to garner business from larger organizations or groups
• Attend trainings and develop knowledge, techniques and skills relevant to sales in a B2B context for US market
• Manage personal activities (a blend of phone calls, emails and own monthly revenues and commissions)
• Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins, according to company strategy
• Maintain existing accounts for renewal, and acquire new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods
• Maintain relevant internal networking to optimize quality of service, overall business growth and customer satisfaction
• Plan, carry out or support marketing activities and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions, and direct/email/telemarketing
