Exp:- 1 to 4 Years

Inside Sales Representative (Working as Female Inside Sales Experienced Domain)

Location: Mumbai

Minimum 1-2 years of experience

Job Title (Designation): Inside Sales Representative
The inside sales representative will work cooperatively with outside sales grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Helpdesk & Operations
• Lead Generation
• Cold Calling
• Prospecting &Follow Up for Prospecting Clients
• Able to contact the Top Management & Decision Makers of the organization.
• Delivery Status
• Project Management – Team Member.
• Scheduling the appointment for BD Team
• Preparing the Weekly planners
• Co-coordinating & Follow up for the Payments.
• Generate the sales Report daily, weekly or monthly basis.
• Generate the Delivery status report on the daily basis.

Required Knowledge

Graduate
Must have knowledge of IT Solution Industry
Knowledge of Recruitment solutions industry would be an added advantage.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
Proactively contacting prospective customers on a target list
Responding to inbound inquiries coming from the website, telephone, events etc.
Qualifying prospects
Pitching the solution to verify interest and quality
Pass qualified leads to Sales to close
Provide reporting of progress against daily, weekly, quarterly goals.
Broad Tasks
Looking for prospects
Calling / e mailing prospects
Handling Objections / Rejection effectively
Updating the database
Reports to ……………

Qualifications required for this position

Education: Graduate, Fluency in English
Specialized Training / Professional: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An excellent team player, Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high energy environment
