Full Job Description

RECEPTIONIST desired Profile:

Urgently Required Female Receptionist who Can Warm Welcome to Walk-ins, Follow Up Clients, Key Skills Fluent in English, Excellent Communication Skills, Knowledge of MS Office (word), Pleasant personality and Service oriented bent of mind.

NOTE: FLUENT IN ENGLISH is mandatory

Qualification: Graduate / Under Graduate

Experience: 1-2 years

Salary: 12,000Rs to 15,000Rs

The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Greeting & Handling corporate clients, visitors, vendors in a hospitable manner.
• Experienced With Excellent communication Skills in English.
• Attending calls- Receiving, and responding, as pleasantly as possible while trying to provide full information, and support to the caller professionally.
• Knowledge of MS Word with letter drafting ability. Sending mails to the clients, as and when required.
• Should have an amiable, impressive personality.
• Handling all office documents & file work efficiently.
• To supervise the cleanliness / tidiness of the whole office.
