Job Role and Responsibilities for Business Development Executive (BDE)

Business Development Executive would be performing the below responsibilities:
•Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification
•Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
•Understanding the client requirements
•Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
•Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
•Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
Competencies/Skills Required
Candidate must possess strong written and verbal skills. Should be professional, organized, motivated, energetic and work well alone or as a member of a group. Must also be resilient, as even the most accomplished salesperson faces rejection on a regular basis. But perhaps more than anything, a salesperson needs to be knowledgeable, and even passionate, about the product or service he/she is selling.
No.of Positions: 3 (Male candidates preferred)
Qualification: Any degree
Experience: 0-3 yrs in Sales
Package: 8k-25k(Target based)
