Prospect needs to have sound technological know-how, addressing skills and help desk work exp on adhering to:-

• windows system, Windows 2000 and Windows XP
• Essentials in Networking, LAN, WAN and so on,
• MS Expectation
• Mutual understanding on the MS Workplace products such as Word, Excel, etc
• Should be an excellent team player, collaborative, self learner and self encouraged.
• Mutual understanding of English and great interaction capabilities. And is have to have client handling capabilities.
• Versatility to work with 24 * 7 shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• To handle Customers question or problem over phone
• Take ownership of all decisions entering IT Service help Desk
• Periodically updating calls/customer as required
• Offer prompt resolution and effective documentation
• Proactive and logical reasoning in settling troubles.
