CCE or customer service executive job profile and work requirements-
The core duty of this profile is to take care of the consumer inquiries and process the renewals under the assistance and supervision of Supervisor for Client Connections:-
1. To handle the consumer calls and initiate procedure to meet their requirement. 2. To create assistance tickets (requests) in support of the customer. 3. To process the renewals for the consumers, to satisfy the targets appointed. 4. To update the customer data in IMS Application. 5. To make responses calls to clients and customers. 6. To set up and process new sale for products, as could be pointed out once in a while. 7. To take up unique assignments.1.

Excellent interaction capabilities with a capacity to make use of the favorable language 2. Outstanding time management capabilities 3. Energetic listener with problem fixing mindset 4. Favorably explain customer about the problem status, keeping higher degrees of integrity.
