Kerala PSC Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

For Assistant Professor (Infectious Diseases/ Transfusion Medicine (Blood Bank)) posts should have acquired Medical Post Graduation Degree such as MD/ MS from recognised university or DNB in the concerned discipline.

For Assistant Professor in Surgical Gastroentrology posts should have acquired M. Ch (Surgical Gastroentrology)/ DNB (Surgical Gastroentrology).

For Lecturer in General Surgery posts should have acquired MBBS Degree from a recognised university and permanent registration under State Medical Council (Travancore Cochin Medical Council).

Age Limitation:

Applicant’s age limit should be between 21 – 46 years (Candidates should be born between 02-01-1971 and 01-01-1996 (both dates included)) for Post (01 to 04), 22 – 40 years (Candidates should be born between 02-01-1977 and 01-01-1995 (both dates included)) for Post (05 & 06), 20 – 41 years (Candidates should be born between 02-01-1976 and 01-01-1997 (both dates included)) for Post (07). Age relaxation is applicable to 05 years for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per rules.
