Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Working Days : 6 ( Monday to Saturday)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating with the candidates and HR during Walk-In Interviews.

Maintaining database through references & job portals.

Regular follow up with candidates & clients.

Calling Job Seekers.

Extensive Head Hunting

Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites.

Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;

Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;

Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates;

Using candidate databases to find the right person for the clients vacancy;

DESIRED PROFILE

Experience in a Consultancy, BPO & NBFC will be an added advantage.

Candidates from Noida and near by area Sector 62 will be preferred.

SALARY:- Negotiable.
