Position opens for Team Leader & Process Manager. (Immediate Joiner Required)

Should have minimum experience of 3+yrs in voice process

Indepth knowledge in both Inbound/Outbound process.

Handle a team size of 20.

Ms –Excel knowledge.

Should be a team player and motivate the employee.

To ensure that a good level of understanding and knowledge of organizations products and services, which is improved and maintained at all times, ensuring that customer queries can be dealt with accurately and appropriately and supported by the department.

Must be motivated, proactive to get real feedback from customers .

Should be a team worker with negotiation skills, should be able to form good relationship with clients.

Understand client requirements.

Build deep understanding about a vertical and show case the same in client situations.
