A. International TECH SUPPORT PROCESS (GOLBAL CAPACITY/ MEGAPATH/ MICROS/ NOC):

Scope: Managing incoming calls from the customers using Broadband services which includes Customer inquiries on service/repair related issues and demonstrate ability to communicate clearly; Should
have certification in CCNA.

Skillset: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Basic–level technical competence in a Windows/MAC based environment

Must be self-motivated, client-centric, and possess the ability to apply knowledge to resolve issues

Ability to multi-task

Willing to work in rotational shifts

Education Qualification: 10+2/10+3/BE/B.Tech

Work Window & Shifts:24/7, Rotational Shifts

Week offs:5 Days Work/week, Rotational week offs

Compensation: 4LPA

B. VOICE PROCESS (ARD/ SRD/MFD/ Titanium):

Compensation (2.38L Fresher and up to 2.74L for experienced) – inclusive of performance incentives*

· Graduates in any discipline

· Excellent oral communication skills in English Familiar with the American accent and ability to clear Versant – International version

· Proficient in Computers (MS Office)

· 6 – 24 Months of experience as a customer support executive in any International call center, however Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome

· Proficient in any of the regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Gujarati is highly desirable

· Self-confident, customer centric, with good retention skills and willing to work in any shift

· Compensation best in the Industry

· 5 days a week with predominantly day shifts

· Transport will be provided for logins after 10.00pm and logouts before 6.00am

C. Non-voice process (Email Support):

Job Role : Customer Support

Role designation: Customer Relationship officer

Skills required: Good Communication in English ( Verbal & Non-verbal),typing skills: 15WPM and80% accuracy, Computer knowledge: Basic, Should have basic Understanding about the Industry.

Education qualification: Any Graduation including BE, Btech, MBA, BCA-2012, 2013 & 2014 pass-outs, Diploma with 15 years of Education(10+2+3).

Experience (relevant or total): NA

Responsibilities: Resolving the issues over e-mails

Salary range: 1,73,000 L PA

Working Venue Details: HGS Bangalore

Shifts: Rotational
