Welcome Travel Services is having a vacancy for female office assistant in Ahmedabad

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
• fax, scan and copy documents
• update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
• perform data entry and scan documents
• answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
– Ticket Booking and Travel / Accommodation Needs


Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
• proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must.
• knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record;
• perform all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately and create and maintain accurate records.
