* Generate sales leads.

* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
* Take the extra mile to engage customers.
* Excellent skills on MS Word & Excel.
* Good comprehension & interpretation skills to understand customer issues / complaints and respond in accordance.
