Role and Responsibilities for technical manager –

• Take possession of the work process and ask deliverables featuring administration of task collaboration tools and document databases.
• Do the job directly with project enrollers and essential stakeholders on the applicable deliverables.
• Lead numerous custom-made software application development projects concurrently in terms of range, timetable, quality and release plans.
• Meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Effectively partner with technological leads and company experts to lead development  teams to comprehend the business guidelines.
• Do evaluation of client demands and do void and/or technological impact evaluation.
• Carefully deal with the Technical/Solution Architects to promote and carry out layout reviews or resolution of technological issues.

Work Function and profile

• Work in collaboration with job teams, create and preserve project strategies and routines including deliverables throughout all affected areas of appointed jobs.
• Give mistake and technical leadership throughout task execution to make certain placement with job due dates.
• Promote escalation of issues un-resolvable by the job team to the proper business or IT sponsor and track to proper completion.
• Record job progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Determine dangers along with the project group and stakeholders.
• Maintain Project Management skills in alignment with sector criteria.
• Screens developments in Project Management and explores effectiveness and adoption.
• Deliver powerful, high quality discussions to senior management on standing of software application projects.
• Make interaction with Quality Assurance (QA) group to make sure precise shipment of job demands and compliance with standards, code quality and approved conventions.
