    Job Vacancy Description:

    Key Responsibilities :
    Selling DS Naukri recruitment solutions to corporate and SME clients in the assigned territory by assessing their business requirements. Our recruitment solutions include Access to Digital Recruitment Campaigns throu and across Metros and Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.

    Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
    Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling.
    Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations.
    Building and managing strong relationships with customers.

    Good presentation skills and communication. Should be able to identify the right decision makers and understand their queries and position the product accordingly.
    Should be self motivated, confident and high on commitment
    Good relationship building skills and strong in follow ups.

    PDGBM / MBA Graduation (Marketing)
    Excellent oral and written communication skills
    Ability to work under pressure
    Good General Knowledge
    Sales Aptitude
    Fresher & Experience
    Job Type: Full Time
    Job Location: Haridwar, Rudrapur, Gurgaon, Noida
    Salary: 10000 to 25000
