ITBP Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

For Constable (Tradesmen) (Tailor/ Gardener/ Cobbler) posts should have acquired 10th Class pass from a recognized Board, 2 years work experience in respective trade or 1 year certificate from Industrial Training Institute/ Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in respective trade or 2 years Diploma from Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in the trade.

For Constable (Tradesmen) (Water Carrier/ Safai Karamchari/ Cook/ Washerman/ Barber) posts should have acquired 10th Class pass from a recognized Board.

Age Limitation:

Applicant’s age limit should be between 18 – 23 years for Constable (Tradesmen) (Tailor/ Gardener/ Cobbler) & 18 – 25 years for Constable (Tradesmen) (Water Carrier/ Safai Karamchari/ Cook/ Washerman/ Barber) Posts as on 07-09-2017. Age relaxation is admissible for SC, ST, OBC, Ex-Servicemen and other categories of persons in accordance with the Governments orders on the subject.

Selection Procedure:

Selection for above designation will be done based on applicant’s performance in Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Standard Test & Trail Test.

Fees of Application:

Applicants have to pay application fees which is Rs. 100/- for Male candidates belonging to General(UR)/ OBC category through online payment gateway system on www.recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, females and Ex-servicemen are exempted from paying fee.
