Full Job Description

Job Profile:  Hiring Customer Care Executive for Customer Care Process Candidate with good customer care skills would be preferred.

Prior experience in Customer Care Process will be preferred Responsible for dealing with customers over the phone.

Skill Required:-

Candidate should have following skills: Active Listening Sensitivity and empathy Technically strong Good Spoken English. Candidate should be patient and calm Ability to cope with emotional situations.

Ability to relate to a wide range of people. Troubleshooting. Good verbal communication and persuasive skills.

BPO Job Locations:-

Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad

Job Requirements:-

1. Undergraduate / Any Graduate (Preferably (0-0)Fresher)*
2. Field Work Document Collection
3. 24/7 work environment (Night / Rotational Shifts)*
4. 6 days a week*
5. Weekly offs Sundays* 6. Age criteria – 18-30 years.
