Full Job Description

Muditva is looking for a HR Executive Who is People Friendly, Tech Savvy, with Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills and Overall Experience of 0-2 Years. The Candidate must have Exposure in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talen Acquisition, Talent Retention and HR Policies.

Key Accountabilities

Manage End to End Recruitment Process.
Screening and Shortlisting of Suitable Profiles
Generating Leads and Maintain Database
Volume and Bulk Hiring Exposure in the Domains IT, Medical and BPO
Nurture a Positive Working Environment
Maintaining the Recruitment and Selection Process through all Recruitment Channels.
Plan Drive the Recruitment Process for all Functions in the region.
Ensure Proper Source Mix for Hiring Talent in the Region.
Assisting the HR Manager in all Functions and Regions.
Ensure Better Quality Recruits.
Counselling and Resolution of Employee Issues.
Provide Guidance to Employees on Various HR Initiatives. Recruitment Tracker
Ensure Organization Vision and Values are Participated in the Right Spirit Across the Region.kills/Experience

Any Graduate Or Post Graduation preferable however not mandatory
0-2 years of HR experience, with at least 1 years in a client facing HR Business Partnering role, Freshers also May Apply.
Exposure to and experience of global and complex matrix organizations
Effective interpersonal skills, ability to influence others and manage conflict.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills with customer service mindset
Ability to work on own initiative, is a good team player – does not work in isolation from colleagues and uses best practice from elsewhere.
Well organized and disciplined with regard to the application of HR policy, procedures and standards.
Has an eye for detail and follows the rules, but uses judgment and checks when exceptions can and need to be made.
The ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment, hands on individual and who could deal with ambiguity.
Intermediate/Advanced skills in Word, Excel (Business Objects and Visio preferred/ not mandatory)
