Role and Responsibilities for Executive Assistant

Following are the KRA’s of the profile-
• Working with MD & CEO for his strategic Plans, coordination and handling his day to day activities.
• Perform a variety and range from routine to complex of administrative.
• Maintain a calendar of the MD & CEO’s activities, meetings, and Events; schedule.
• Conferences, travel and meetings, including coordinating room set up and preparation of agenda.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Full-time- Preferably MBA, Graduate may also apply
• Dynamic & Confidence Fresher can also apply.

Required Skills
• Excellent Communication skills- Fluent in spoken English (Must for the job)
• Confident and presentable Adaptive to learn faster, disciplined and stable
• Strategic management, analytical thinking.
• Interpersonal Skills and good Academic.
• Only Female candidates will be preferred.
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
