We are looking for a Front Office Executive to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.

Who will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. Prefer the candidate who are familiar with the below points.

Front Office Executive: Job Responsibilities:

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Handling Telephone calls and transferring calls to the respective departments.
Maintaining registers and making the required entries.
Skills:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
Should have knowledge about MS- Office, Internet and e-mail handling.
Good Interpersonal skill.
