•Contractual and salaried job wherein ‘Trainer’ is responsible for providing an educational atmosphere where students have the opportunity to fulfil their potential for intellectual and psychological growth. This person is responsible for organizing and implementing an instructional program that will result in students achieving success. Flexible work arrangements available (in the form of shifts).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Imparting training to students/ corporate clients on spoken English via web conferencing.
• Implement instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful English language learning experiences.
• Identify, select, and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.
• Assist in assessing changing curricular need and offer plans for improvement.
• To Develop Content for various courses and projects.
