Involved in full cycle Technical Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and screening, formatting and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in positions in the information Technology industry throughout India.
Worked on domestic recruiting.
Screening of profile, taking preliminary phone interviews and perform reference checks of the candidates.
Negotiate Annual Salaries with the candidates.
Keep candidate posted with the feedback from clients.
