Role and Responsibilities-Work Function and profile
Giving top quality customer care and help to all the clients will be the main responsibility at work.
1. To make certain to meet all procedures and top quality standards evaluated the Telephone call Centre
2. To produce of everyday, regular and monthly MIS and records.
3. To attend incoming calls when it come to bookings, query and settling consumer grievances.
4. To master and implement the Taxi Dispatch System effectively.
5. To work as an interface between the Consumer and the Company, keep higher level of client fulfillment and responsiveness & make certain minimum feedback time to customers
6. To fulfill high quality criteria set by the Business to make sure Client Contentment.
7. To take care of all customer problems and solve at the earliest & intensify issues to Customer Care Manager for further activity as and when required
8. To deal with higher situations report scenarios to management and to the Customer Treatment Supervisor .
