Job Description for Technical voice process associates:
We are looking for individuals who would love opportunities to make contacts and provide excellent service in outbound Technology / B2B call center campaigns to generate qualified interest for our clients.
Do you enjoy working weekdays? The hours of operation for this position will follow the United States Pacific Time Zone and will operate on Monday-Friday 8:00 AM 6:00 PM PDT, and we will be closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Have you worked high volume outbound telephone campaigns?
Are you a fluent English speaker with advanced communication skills to get to the decision-makers in a company?
Will you adapt quickly to your audience to communicate the clients value proposition, generate interest, and close conversations positively?
Are you self-motivated and enjoy an independent work environment?
Can you professionally represent our clients, company and purpose on EVERY interaction?
Do you enjoy working collaboratively with company developers by clearly articulating value add feedback for platform and training improvement?

Experience working successful Technology/B2B campaigns
Fluency speaking the English language
Ability to clearly communicate with busy professionals in United States business roles. This includes connecting, listening, pitching, overcoming objections, qualifying, selling and being fluent enough to respond appropriately throughout the conversation to thoughts and ideas of our customers
Self-motivated individuals to exceed calling metrics
Solid business understanding to provide effective feedback on daily operations especially features in our new platform
Google Chrome is the only currently supported browser. Versioning will be tested using a quick online client browser check
