Akosha hiring for Customer care executive for telephonic and email help support process. Upselling, customer support, email help support process. Under-graduates, Graduate freshers and experienced candidates apply

Gross Package: 12k-17k + Incentives upto 5k

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing email and telephone support to customers.
  • Managing and developing relationships with existing or new customers
  • Explaining our premium services to the customers
  • Assisting the customer in choosing the right solution for them- Upselling
  • Identify opportunities, convert leads and help customers with better solutions
