Akosha hiring for Customer care executive for telephonic and email help support process. Upselling, customer support, email help support process. Under-graduates, Graduate freshers and experienced candidates apply

We are looking for young and ambitious people to kickstart their career in a fast growing VC funded startup. Akosha is the largest online customer service platform in India helping thousands of customers and working with hundreds of top companies in India.

Job brief details:

UG/ Graduate Freshers can also apply

Location: Okhla Phase -2 , South Delhi

Gross Package: 12k-17k + Incentives upto 5k

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing email and telephone support to customers.
  • Managing and developing relationships with existing or new customers
  • Explaining our premium services to the customers
  • Assisting the customer in choosing the right solution for them- Upselling
  • Identify opportunities, convert leads and help customers with better solutions
