Job profile full description-

This Hindi call center opening from Serco BPO is for Hindi domestic inbound customer care process where hired candidates have to attend calls from customers across India. You will be solving customers queries and provided them satisfactory answers to their problems. All the selected candidates will go through a thorough training before actually starting to work in the process.

Salary range- 7k-9k per month plus performance incentives.
